LMS Case Tracking

LMS have developed a website that gives you quick and easy access to basic updates on your cases.

The site can be accessed via the following link, and can be used without the need to have a username and password.

All you need to access your case is the following information:

  • Choose The Melton from the drop down list
  • Borrower surname
  • Property postcode

Once you are logged in, you will be able to see updates on the following stages:

  • Case accepted by LMS
  • Borrowers questionnaire received
  • Mortgage offer received
  • Funds requested
  • Completion

LMS will also indicate, based on current average processing, the timescale that they expect the case to complete within.
