Residency Status

The applicant(s) whose status is to be relied upon must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years.

HM Armed forces personnel who have been temporarily stationed abroad are deemed to have been resident in the UK during their period of overseas deployment under the Armed Forces Covenant.

In the case of Foreign Nationals, the applicant(s) MUST have:

  • 3 years provable residency in the UK, and
  • permanent rights to reside in the UK and be able to evidence this, and
  • a current valid passport.

We do not accept applications from applicants on working Visas
