All applicants must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 2 years.
We cannot lend to foreign nationals or any individual who is subject to financial sanctions, or to a foreign national with diplomatic immunity who is employed within an Embassy.
HM Armed forces personnel who have been temporarily stationed abroad are deemed to have been resident in the UK during their period of overseas deployment under the Armed Forces Covenant.
Requirements for applicants without Indefinite Leave to Remain or Permanent Rights to Reside:
- Maximum 80% LTV – see product guide for further details
- Capital & Interest Only
- Residential home ownership only
- Income must be in GBP
- Deposit must be from own source of funds or gifted deposit and in a UK bank account
- All applicants must hold a UK bank account
We will accept the following Visa types:
- Skilled Worker Visa
- Health and Social Care Visa
- UK Ancestry Visa, or a British National (Overseas) Visa
- Family Visa (Spouse or Partner / Parent / UK Ancestry / Skilled Worker Dependent)
- Armed forces exemption Visa
