Melton Building Society strengthen their support for brokers with two new appointments
The Society have reinforced their Broker Sales Team with the appointment of a new Business Development Manager and Broker Sales Team Manager
Melton Building Society have announced that with effect from Monday 13th April experienced Business Development Manager Heidi Lang joins their Broker Sales Team alongside a promotion for Senior Mortgage Processor Sydney Dickens Smith to Broker Sales Team Manager.
Heidi, a familiar face in the industry, joins the Society with a strong track record in intermediary relationship management and deep understanding of the mutual sector having nearly two decades experience at the heart of a regional building society. Bringing extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of broker needs from her previous role with Nottingham Building Society, Heidi will play a key role in supporting and developing partnerships across the Melton Building Society broker network.
The appointment follows a busy start to the year for the Society and reflects its continued commitment to developing its broker proposition and delivering the best possible service to intermediary partners.
In addition, the Society have confirmed the promotion of one of its Senior Mortgage Processors to Broker Sales Team Manager. Having demonstrated exceptional dedication, expertise, and leadership within the business, the internal appointment of Sydney to Broker Sales Team Manager highlights the organisation’s focus on nurturing talent and recognising achievement from within.
In their new role, Sydney will oversee the ongoing operations and development of the broker sales function, working closely with Heidi and the wider team to enhance the broker experience and strengthen relationships.
