Our new online end to end mortgage processing system enables you to register, obtain a DIP, submit an application, upload documents and track cases online – all in one easy to access place.
Simply register for an online account where you will be able to submit a Decision in Principle (DIP) and a full mortgage application. Once you have completed your first application, you can also use the tracking and document upload facilities.
The Society offers a range of residential mortgages up to 95% LTV for purchase and remortgage, alongside niche lending products which include family and holiday buy-to-let, self-build, shared ownership and short-term lending, with credit repair mortgages offered through the MBS Lending brand.

Please note, online registration is for the Melton Building Society and MBS Lending, however, online application submission is for Society products only. All MBS Lending cases will remain paper based. If you have previously registered with us, you will still need to register using the new online system.
